My name is Trina Hall and I teach professional athletes how to expertly handle big emotions, breathe to create calm or hyper-focus, improve lung capacity, process trauma, and heal from injuries.
I manage the household for a high-profile sports figure in Dallas. I say I am a paid housewife with a staff and without the marriage. I grew up worried about money but I always had a safe home.
Prior to accepting this dream job, I lived in NYC where you could find me working on MJ the Musical on Broadway, doing stand up comedy, watching live jazz, and producing commercial photoshoots for major worldwide brands.
I love figuring out how to make things happen and breaking down how things work.
My first love was the creative process - painting healed me from a debilitating illness and later, I discovered the beauty of what yoga and conscious breathing could do.
After teaching yoga and meditation and lecturing on yoga philosophy at the college level, I taught my process to the next generation of yoga teachers, starting in 2012, and my Advanced Yoga Studies program is still running out of a studio in Dallas.
I’ve spent 15 years developing my Training the Breath method using the greatest hits from my post-college education and research, combined with my mystical experiences and the creative process.
I teach through the wisdom of joining spirituality+science+creativity. My shit WORKS.
