Methodology (IM)
Over the course of the Introduction to Methodology (IM) 9-week program, you’ll learn a 90-minute custom yoga practice, which is the foundation to the remainder of the work.
Practice (SSS)
The fundamentals learned during Intro to Methodology (IM) are taken into different contexts: outdoor trail running and outdoor cycling. We begin to focus more intently on regulation of the breath by putting the body into safely stressful situations (SSS).
Philosophy (E-Factor)
Learn the underlying teachings that inform this work. Learn all about The E-Factor: Change your energy. Learn the tools to transform negative energy from suffer-inducing, to wisdom-producing.
Practical Application
Create a case study using these tools and common obstacles you’ve seen in your work. We create a daily practice that supports you taking your craft to the next level.
Results-Driven Experience
You will be able to see results not only physically, but also emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
