Meditation

 

When we tune in, the volume of our thoughts becomes louder. I teach you how to make friends with your mind and become the observer of what’s actually going on.

Your mind is completely fascinating and you don’t always have to believe what the mind is telling you. The only way you can be bad at meditation is if you don’t do it. It’s one of the most simple and effective tools we have to gain control of our minds while simultaneously releasing control and experiencing ultimate freedom.

I have a 3-week beginner program to teach you some fundamentals and get you started on a daily practice.

My name is Trina, which is Greek for “girl of purity”. I’ve been given nicknames most of my life: Bubbles, Sweet Pea, Bo Beena, Peanut, and Tree-Tree to name a few, but my favorite name was given to me by my grandpa (who was my hero): Sweet Cheeks.

I love feeling good in my body and understanding how my mind works. Virtually, I teach high performers how to elevate their game from my studio in New York City.
