Sometimes we are at a fork in the road, struggling to get un-stuck, or tired of the same old trail. The spiritual path is one we tread in solitude but we all could use a map and a guide when we embark into new territory. I show you some of the landmarks (and landmines) as you walk this new land.

I am a partner holding space for you on this part of your spiritual journey. We all have repressed emotions in our energy bodies (this is called the 'Pranamaya Kosha').
